How to Get VISA
Keep in mind that the Visa Process and requirements may vary from country to country. For the majority of countries, there is no need to contact the Embassy or Consulate and VISA is granted on the students’ arrival on the basis of the documents we provide. We do not recommend entering Uzbekistan on a visitor’s visa with the intention of being registered as a student at a later date. You should only enter the country with a Student Visa.
After the Complete First Year Fees are received, we shall send you a Student Visa. We will take care of all the documents so students do not need to contact the Uzbek Embassy or Consulate. Students can get their electronic Student Visa or Visa on Arrival in 10 working days.
Please note that required documents and visa fees may differ based on your citizenship and the country you apply from. Students from India and Pakistan should apply to Uzbekistan Embassy with the following documents:
- Filled Visa Application Form;
- International Passport;
- Original Invitation Letter;
- Birth Certificate;
- Original School Certificates (O level/ SSCE/ HSSC, Bachelor or Master’s Degree if available);
- General Medical Fitness Certificate;
- Health Insurance;
- Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is responsible for covering the expenses for the student during their stay/ studying in Uzbekistan (Optional);
- Bank Statement to prove financial ability. (Optional);
- 8 passport-size photos (3.5 x 4.5);
- A Visa Confirmation Letter
The essential part of the Uzbekistan travel guide is the Registration of Stay; as soon as students arrive in Uzbekistan, they have 72 hours to get registered with the local Immigration Authorities of Uzbekistan. Customs officers will require the declaration form upon arrival and departure.
