  1. All Academic Certificates & Transcripts – 3 notarized copies.

  2. All Academic Certificates & Transcripts (Online Attested) – 3 copies with E-Apostille and notarization.

  3. Parent’s National ID (NID) – 3 notarized copies.

  4. Parent’s National ID (NID) with English Translation – 3 notarized copies.

  5. Birth Certificate – 3 notarized copies with English translation.

  6. Coloured Copy of Passport – 3 notarized copies.

  7. Family Relation Certificate – 3 notarized copies with English translation.

  8. IELTS Coloured Copy – 3 notarized copies.

  9. Passport-Size Photos – 10 copies (35x45mm, white background).
    Save soft copies in phone gallery and Gmail for online submission.

  10. Letters of Recommendation – 2 copies from university professors.

  11. Employment Certificate or Trade License of Parents – 3 notarized copies with English translation.

  12. Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate – From parent’s account, covering the last 6 months.

  13. TIN Certificate & Income Tax Slip – If applicable.

  14. Affidavit Copy – Required if there is any mistake in the parent’s name.

  15. Father’s and Mother’s Photos – 2 copies each (35x45mm, white background).
